QUALITY POLICY

The issue of quality is a key category from the very beginning of our company’s existence. We decided that the high quality of our services will become the element that will distinguish us from the competition. Therefore, the quality of our services has become one of the most important parameters in the company management and a guideline for creating its organisational structure. The managers have been assigned responsibilities related to the implementation of quality management systems, and, moreover, we have appointed quality representatives who hold high positions in the company’s structure.

To make our approach to this issue more credible to the market, we have implemented the international quality management standards. We have been awarded the ISO 9001:2015, AQAP 2110:2016, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2004 standard certificates. Since 2000, Przedsiębiorstwo AGAT SA has been operating in accordance with ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110 quality systems. In 2010, the PN-N 18001-2004 system was implemented, and in 2012 – the ISO 14001:2004 system.

Due to the implementation of these standards and the continuous monitoring of their observance, the high quality of services is not only the philosophy and showcase of the company, but also the work standard for all our employees.

As a result, the significant position of our company on the market and increasing demand for our services are maintained, and, above all, thanks to this, we are able to meet the expectations of the most demanding Clients and are perceived by our trading partners as a reliable, credible and honest contractor.

The quality of our services, although already at a high level, is constantly being improved, as we realise that the tasks set by our Clients will be increasingly technically complex.
